- 02We review fit and revert quickly - a fast no is more useful than a slow maybe
- 03Where there is fit, the company is prepared through Verana Ventures before reaching investors
- 04Any commercial arrangement is agreed in writing before an introduction is acted on
- 05Conflicts and referral relationships are disclosed to investors before materials move
